MAKING A PURCHASE
How to place an order?
→ Just pick your outfit choose Purchase Option, select the Size and process the payment.
What is Purchase Option?
→ It gives you the flexibility to customize the outfit as per your size or make some styling changes.
What is “Want This” option in product?
→ Want This = get the outfit as shown in pics | Customize This = change in color, styling or any special request (with reference to our customize terms).
What are the payment options?
→ PayPal, Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card (all major banks included).
Do you customize?
What are the terms for customization?
→ We customize only our designs, like changes in color, styling and special size or any of your design ideas to inculcate.
How to place a custom outfit order?
→ On product page STEP01 – select “Customize This”, STEP02 – select “Custom Size” and make a purchase.
What is the turnaround time?
→ 6 weeks from the date of order placed (this may vary if client delays in submitting the customization details).
Can I make any changes in my order after making a purchase?
→ Yes, within 7 days if any (this may attract additional cost, depending upon the changes which will be decided by designing team).
How can I track my shipment?
→ When the order is shipped, tracking id is shared with you to track it as per the standard industry practice.
What’s your process for return and refunds?
→ Since every outfit is tailor-made just for you as per your request, we regret to inform our customers, we don’t have any return policy.
→ Refund is only initiated when we fail to ship the outfit as per our committed date (not applicable on customize order).
